A Corazón Abierto Segunda Temporada : The resident Maria Alejandra Rivas Cavalier (Veronica Orozco) is admitted to the program for inmates at the University Hospital Santa Maria. The daughter of one of the most famous surgeons of his time Helena Cavalier, interpetada by guest star (Alejandra Borrero) which keeps a secret of youth and now ill with Alzheimer's. Maria Alejandra must bear the responsibility that gives it its name. Maria Alejandra facing loneliness helped by these new people and the romantic relationship he establishes with Andres Guerra (Rafael Novoa), one of the best surgeons in the hospital, which is divorced from his wife Alicia Duran (Carolina Gomez) who deception with his best friend and after a while returns to retrieve his love but do not have this already in love.
